Telstra Accounting System

Today I am awaiting word back from Telstra. I had to go to the Ombudsman. I have all my receipts from my bank printed out since April. I just cannot get through to them. Just received a nasty call from a Telstra "Robot Lady" questioning me a bout a $69.95 Overdue. I sent it on the 5th August internet banking... This bod tells me it is not there. SHE just didn't want to know anything about what I had to say... Wanted the Ombudsman REF. No. I said what about your rep who is supposed to ring me back. NOT interested... I PAY $20.95 for a home phone so I can use Internet; I PAY $48.99 for my mobile phone and I pay $59.95 for the ADSL Internet Plan. Simple . ... $129.89...I cannot get them to send the bill for that amount. I then got them to put it on one bill (27-08-09). NUP have yet to get that through their computers. The bill is as PICTURED..... BUT WAIT ... THER'S MORE... I GOT A $48.55 CREDIT. They have not found that yet. Each time you have to talk to someone... you have to go through it all again. DURRRR.... Will keep you posted... That is unless I end up in jail.
