Mr. Bill Kemp

He is 101 this year and still telling jokes.

I have known Bill for years. This is a portrait I have done with a pallete knife. Just the other day an old friend was telling me of one of Bill's little jokes. Appears a lady working with him at the time named Ursula Ryan was coming down the stairs in front of him... he was introducing the young lady to new staff member.

His words... Ah and here she is, this is Miss Urine. At that, she bolted back up the stairs.
