I grew up in Wollongong and did an apprenticeship Port Kembla steelworks
65 to 70. I then went into printing business. In 69 I trained at Wollongong gym (bodybuiding) in 70
My mates would travel to Brighton
LE Sands Sydney to train at Paul Grahams residence, he had a gym in his garage and you could train there for $5. Arnie would be there when he was in Aus promoting Weider as the new Mr Universe. Cheers G.
